Anthony Allogia, President
All Claims Repairs Inc.

Mr. Allogia has worked as an insurance adjuster in New York and Florida. He specialized in the handling of large property insurance claims. He was a property general adjuster for ten years and a Branch Manager for several more years. Mr. Allogia has been involved in the insurance claims, appraisal and umpire business for more than 20 years and has completed over 3500 appraisals. Various law firms have engaged him as a construction consultant. He has provided expert opinions for both the insured and the insurance companies. Mr. Allogia has more than 40 years of experience in the insurance industry, and is expert in all phases of construction, with emphasis on mold remediation, wind, collapse, fire, and water damages. In 2004, he started with All Claims Insurance Repairs, Inc., an insurance restoration company as a general manager. Mr. Allogia purchased the company in 2015. Mr. Allogia is currently the president of the company

Scott Nowicki, Vice President
All Claims Repairs Inc.

Scott has been in the Insurance industry for over ten years he was previously employed by an Independent Adjusting Firm and continued growing in the insurance field. He has Inspected, appraised, negotiated, and settled both residential and commercial first party losses up to $500,000.

He has worked with attorneys, consultants, and other experts in an effort to resolve mediations or litigated claims.  Scott currently serves as the Vice President for All Claims Repairs.

Bill Pulaski

Bill Pulaski Estimator

Bill’s been employed in the construction industry for over thirty years He has firsthand knowledge of all of the aspects of building a home from the foundation up. Bill’s been employed by All Claims for over 21 years.  He started as a trim carpenter and was then promoted to project manager of our mold division.  After achieving superior results in that position, he was promoted again to our estimating department.  Bill has gained additional expertise through education and on the job training of all aspects of restoration, effects of wind on structures, water and fire damages.  Bill has prepared both residential and commercial building estimates with damage in excess of $1,000,000.   Bill has also completed over 700 roof inspections and reports

Tom Alexander, Project Manager

Tom Alexander is a Project Manager with 40 years of construction experience. He has specialized in Insurance related Restoration for the last 25 years. He has a proven track record of success in the industry.  He has a working knowledge of the full service trades of emergency services, mold remediation, water damage, trauma cleanup, fire, wind damage and Building sciences. Estimating and project management are recognized attributes. He is responsible for customer service, material procurement, scheduling, jobsite inspections and completion services. He is a team player whose knowledge and dedication compliment the organization in their goal to perform quality work at reasonable price with satisfied clientele. 


Carlos J. Garcia, Estimator

Carlos Garcia has more than 7 years of experience working in the insurance industry. His experience includes numerous residential and commercial building inspections, as well as preparation of detailed estimates for several Florida based insurance companies and legal counsel.

Carlos received his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management in 2009 and his Masters of Science in Construction Management in 2010 from the Florida International University located in Miami, Florida. Upon graduation, Carlos acquired his Insurance Adjuster’s License and General Contractor’s License. Prior to joining All Claims Repairs Inc., Carlos worked as an independent insurance adjuster. Carlos currently serves as an estimating consultant and salesman for the company.

Joe Santore, Project Manager

Joe started his career as the owner of an insurance agency in Chicago. He transitioned from selling insurance into the renovation and restoration business. Joe has been employed in the renovation and restoration business for the past twenty years. He joined the All Claims team in 2016. Joe specializes in restoration of high net worth homes. He strives for and achieves high quality and excellence in all of his jobs. Some of his best attributes are his organization and communication skills.

Owen Blandford

Owen Blandford, Estimator and Sales

Owen has been in the insurance industry for over twenty-four years. He started his career out with Nationwide Insurance Company as a commercial underwriter.  He owned and operated his own Insurance Agency for many years. He has continued to grow in the industry in many avenues of insurance. He also worked as a Marketing Director for First Team, which is a textile restoration company in the insurance industry. He then continued his insurance practices to become a Project manager for several insurance restoration companies’.

He is a highly respected, hands on professional with continued success in the insurance industry. He has written and negotiated residential and commercial property estimate.  He has experience working with independent adjuster, public adjuster and attorneys.  Owen currently serves as an Estimator and Sales professional for All Claims Repairs, Inc.

Scott Blair

Scott Blair, Project Manager

Scott Blair has been in the construction field for over 29 years. For the last eleven years he has specialized as a project manager in the insurance restoration field. He has successfully managed over twenty thousand plus jobs with some in excess of $500,000.00. He joined All Claims team in 2018. Scott has excellent communication skills and prides himself on his organizational skills to complete jobs on time or ahead of time. He has a great deal of knowledge about the claims process and how that will affect the restoration process. He has excellent communication skills and can answer any questions customers might have regarding the repair process.

Michael Deno

Michael Deno, Project Manager

Michael Deno has been in the Insurance Restoration industry for eight years. He started his career in the field as a technician learning the industry and has worked his way up to a Project Manager. He has a great deal of experience in catastrophe restoration work on a national level. Michael has managed over 400 general laborers and managed losses in excess of $500,000.00. He is very experienced in the large commercial and residential projects. Michael strives to go above and beyond with his great communication skills, time management and professionalism. He is also certified through IICRC- Water Damage Restoration, Applied Microbial, Residential and commercial drying, and Lead Testing.
